    Washington State Department of Ecology - Labor Relations and Personnel Operations Manager (WMS Band 3) – Lacey, WA

    Ecology I looking to fill a Labor Relations and Personnel Operations Manager position in Lacey, WA. The Department of Ecology is a medium sized agency with 1600+ employees and 10 environmental programs. We employ a large group of highly educated people who are passionate about the environment. This position serves as the Labor Relations and Personnel Operations Manager in the Human Resources Office, providing leadership, direction and management for labor relations and personnel operations in the Department of Ecology. The position is responsible for providing expert human resources (HR) and advanced labor relations consultation and advice, both directly and through a team of senior consultants, and for providing overall management of the day-to-day personnel operations of the agency.

    The salary range for this position is $91,042.00 - $116,332.00 annually.

    Human Resources Assistant Manager

    Central Kitsap Fire & Resuce is seeking a  Human Resources Assistant Manager who assists the Human Resources Director (HRD) with management of human resources programs, including recruitment & selection, classification & compensation, employee relations,  labor relations, and performance appraisal systems.  Recommends human resources practices and policies.  Serves as a member of the management team and is the primary support to the HRD during negotiations and litigation related to collective bargaining as well as employee and labor relations.  

    Bachelor’s degree in business, public or human resources administration or closely related field, & experience in human resources management, or any equivalent combination of experience & education which provides the applicant with the desired knowledge, skills &  abilities required to perform the work. 

    The salary for this position is $77,811.60

    Human Resources Assistant

    The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for performing human resource related duties on a professional level and works closely with Workforce Development Manager.  This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:  Benefits administration, recruiting/employment, tracking completion of performance management of employees, compensation, on-boarding, training, data reporting, monitor and track all leaves-of-absences as required by law, process terminations and resignations. 

    High School degree or GED required.  Previous Human Resources experience preferred. 
    Willing to participate in Human Resources educational opportunities as directed.
